Grand Theft Auto IV is a sandbox-style action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 video game consoles in Europe, North America and Oceania, on 29 April 2008, and in Japan on 30 October 2008. A Windows version of the game was released in North America on 2 December 2008 and in Europe on 3 December. It was made available on Steam on 4 January 2009. It is the sixth 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto series.
Two episodic packs have since been released for the Xbox 360, the first entitled The Lost and Damned, released on 17 February 2009. The second is entitled The Ballad of Gay Tony, released on 29 October 2009. Both episodes were released for PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows on 13 April 2010[20] in North America and on 16 April 2010 in Europe.

The game is set in a redesigned rendition of Liberty City, a fictional city based heavily on modern day New York City. It follows Niko Bellic, a war veteran from Serbia. He comes to the United States in search of the American Dream, but quickly becomes entangled in a world of gangs, crime, and corruption. Like other games in the series, GTA IV is composed of elements from driving games and third-person shooters, and features "open-world" gameplay that gives players more control over their playing experience. It is the first console game in the series to feature an online multiplayer mode.
As the first game of the critically acclaimed series to appear on seventh generation consoles, Grand Theft Auto IV was widely anticipated.

Tekken 3 is the third installment in the Tekken fighting game series. It was the first game released on Namco’s System 12 hardware. It was the last installment of Tekken for the PlayStation. It was released for the PlayStation in 1998, and in 2005 for the PlayStation 2 as part of Tekken 5's Arcade History mode. The PlayStation version is widely regarded as one of the greatest of its genre.

Tekken 3 was the first Tekken to feature a beat ‘em up Streets of Rage style minigame called Tekken Force, which pitted the player in various stages against enemies in a side-scrolling fashion. If the player succeeds in beating the minigame four times, Dr. Bosconovitch would be a playable character (granted that you defeat him first). This was continued in Tekken 4 and succeeded by the Devil Within minigame in Tekken 5 – but Boskonovitch was dropped as a playable character after Tekken 3. There is also a minigame called Tekken Ball, similar to beach volleyball, where one has to either “charge” a ball (hit the ball with a powerful attack) to hurt the opponent or try to hit the ball in such a way that it hits the ground in the opponent’s area, thus causing damage.

The gameplay is equivalent to the arcade. Every move, combo, and character has been transferred over, and a couple of new characters have been added in as well. The aforementioned Dr. Boskonovitch is the scientist that appears in Yoshimitsu's Tekken 2 ending. Sadly, the great doctor has suffered some pretty unhealthy spinal injuries and is unable to face up for various seconds. So you could combat from the ground with all types of unusual kicking attacks. Gon is a tiny dinosaur from a Japanese comic. He breathes fireplace, electrifies his physique, and passes gas. Gon's limbs are so short, you are never fairly certain the place his assaults are coming from. Each PlayStation exclusive characters are a waste of space. Dr. B is slightly attention-grabbing, however Gon simply has no place within the game at all. Each time someone picks Gon, it not solely makes me need to not play that match, but it surely additionally makes me need to just shut the entire recreation off.

Tekken 3 presents itself incredibly well. The sound effects are terrific, and the music is nothing wanting amazing. From a graphical standpoint, Tekken 3 cannot be beat. While the polygon rely may have been barely decreased and the backgrounds made 2D, it still looks absolutely incredible.

As Fighting Games proceed on and on, extra designers are realizing that combating just is not enough. Ending FMVs, further battle modes, quest-type RPGs are seeping into the genre. No person realizes it better than Namco, and one of many reasons that Tekken 3 gets the top score is as a result of it has two wonderful alternative play modes: Power mode and Ball mode. Ball mode is the already widespread seaside ball competitors which locations the Tekken characters on the seaside and in a duel to the inflated air death. Drive mode is the Remaining Battle fashion side-scroller mode. Both of these are surprisingly playable and full -- they're effectively thought out instead of being mere throwaways. Although they're limited in attraction, such various modes are going to be the wave of the longer term, and Namco has made an ideal start.

Free Download 3D Ultra Pinball

It's a simple pinball game that's just trying to provide some innocuous fun.

The last few years have been hard on PC pinball simulations. Just a few years ago, they were quite common. Companies like 21st Century Entertainment were devoted exclusively to replicating pinball on the PC, and other companies churned out simulated tables on a regular basis. However, these days there are really only two series that can be counted on: Empire's Pro Pinball and Sierra's 3D Ultra Pinball.

The two series couldn't be more different. The Pro Pinball games are impressive simulations of fictional tables that render every flashing light, screw, and doohickey with a nearly obsessive attention to detail. On the other hand, the 3D Ultra Pinball games are, at best, pinball-like computer games that attempt to simulate how a pinball table would look and behave if it had to fit in the dimensions of your computer screen and wasn't constrained to the confines of reality.

The newest entry, Thrillride, doesn't break from the formula used for its predecessors Creep Night and NASCAR. Its amusement park theme harkens back to Williams' Funhouse, though Thrillride opts for a sort of Disney family-fun quality that doesn't quite compare to Funhouse's creepy talking-dummy theme. As in all previous 3D Ultra Pinball games, Thrillride is a small table with lots of ramps and a small area off to the left that opens when you complete some tasks.

In the case of Thrillride, the tasks involve going on rides and visiting the snack shop. When you open the "thrill zone," you must get the ball over to the left side of the table, where you must complete more tasks in a small, self-contained area. It's a good idea, and Thrillride is certainly fun for a bit. Seeing the ball go over loops and ride down water flumes is cool, and the bonus tasks, appearing as if by magic on the table proper, are pretty fun as well.

There are also more substantial bonus games in which you're taken to another screen altogether to play another pinball-like game to clear a river for some bumper boats or to build your own roller coaster by hitting buttons that determine its movements.

The graphics are suitable and colorful, though they aren't nearly as detailed as in the Pro Pinball series. Likewise, the physics are fine, but not noticeably realistic. It's clear that 3D Ultra Pinball is meant as nothing more than a fun diversion and not as a hard-core pinball simulation aimed at silver-ball fanatics.

And if Thrillride has a single problem, it's exactly that. As a result, it is simply too easy. My first game lasted more than 30 minutes before I finally quit out, and I was only on ball two. The middle aisle is the only way to lose the ball, and the lack of a challenge makes the game seem a bit tedious. It's no fun to feel as if you'll see everything in the game on one play, which makes Thrillride not very enjoyable. With the exception of one particularly hard ramp, almost everything can be accessed just by constantly banging the flippers. Eventually, you'll hit your goal and get the reward.

Such criticisms might seem harsh in light of the fact that Thrillride clearly isn't designed as a simulation. It's a simple pinball game that's just trying to provide some innocuous fun. And it succeeds to a degree, though the thrills are sporadic and the ride is a bit too short.
